Express Care
 Franciscan ExpressCare, located at Franciscan Physicians Hospital, 701 Superior Ave., Munster, IN, opened on June 23, 2008. This is the first of a several ExpressCare Centers to open throughout the Region. Franciscan Express Care Centers are a branded service that the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services will be offering throughout the region to meet a growing need.
With the ever-increasing time that it takes to be seen in area Emergency Departments due to critical patients, ExpressCare Centers provide a viable option for patients with non-life threatening cases to be seen and diagnosed by a physician in a timely manner. We have identified a need in the communities we serve, Munster, Crown Point, Griffith and Michigan City, and have provided an alternative choice to meet their healthcare needs.
Franciscan ExpressCare Physicians and Staff can quickly treat patients of all ages suffering from a variety of ailments:
