Pediatric Dentistry

Help your child gain the confidence to smile at the world! Franciscan Physicians Hospital offers a broad range pediatric dentistry from corrective (orthodontics), to cosmetic (caused by traumatic events). Our goal is to provide your child with the highest possible level of care, empathy and understanding.

How do I know if my child needs orthodontic care?

Malocclusion is a misalignment of teeth and/or incorrect relationship between the two dental arches. This often becomes noticeable between the ages of 6 to 12, as the child’s permanent teeth begin to erupt. It is advisable that the child receive treatment between the ages 8 and 14 to produce optimal results.
